Little Austin is two years old and when asked who his favorite player is he replies with “Sanu and A.J.” which are Bengals receivers Mohamed Sanu and A.J. Green. Ouch. To be fair Hawkins used to play for the Bengals but earlier this year signed an offer sheet with the Browns so it’s easy to see why the little guy may have been confused.
Obviously Hawkins was kidding but the level of commitment it took for him to say “good luck” without laughing is commendable.
